NATO air policing exercise takes place in Estonian air space

On Tuesday and Wednesday, NATO air policing exercise will take place in the Estonian airspace, LETA/Public Broadcasting reports.
The exercises of this series are conducted three times a year, each time the exercise centre is in one of the Baltic countries.
The aim of the exercise is to practice cooperation of fighter pilots, who participate in the Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian air policing, with the Air Forces of the Baltic States.
A media day will take place on the first day of the exercise in the Ämari air base, where rescue exercises are demonstrated and aircraft from Portugal, Canada, Germany, Finland and Sweden that participate in the exercise is shown.
