"Riga Bourse" Museum wins special jury prize

At a ceremony Saturday in the Gaelic-Roman Museum in Belgium, the "Riga Bourse" Art Museum was honored with a special jury prize at the European Museums Annual Award, informs LETA.
"Riga Bourse" was named among eight museums for being the most successful to have opened in the past two years.
"Riga Bourse" was praised for its high quality renovations and extraordinary atmosphere, underlining that the general public now has access to an inimitable building once used exclusively by the financial elite.
"Riga Bourse" was in competition with 44 counterparts for Museum of the Year honors, and made it to the second round of 28.
