However, a 4.9% price growth was observed for condiments and seasonings, 3.5% – cocoa, chocolate and sugar confectionery.

Changes for industrial production in monthly price, compared to the previous month

Over the month, prices for products sold on the non-Lithuanian market dropped by 1.5%. The decrease in prices was observed for the production of extraction of crude petroleum (10.6%), refined petroleum products (4.6%), while prices for production of waste collection, treatment and disposal, materials recovery increased by 2.7%, chemicals and chemical products – 2.3%.

Over the year (October 2014, against October 2013), prices for the total industrial production sold decreased by 3.8, refined petroleum products excluded – 3%. The overall change in prices was mainly influenced by a decrease in prices for production of manufacture of refined petroleum products (5.9%) and an increase – for the production of the manufacture of other transport equipment (5.7%).

The largest decrease in prices was observed for the production of extraction of crude petroleum (9.8%), electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (7.6%), increase – for the production of manufacture of tobacco products (12.9%), water collection, treatment and supply (12.8%).
