Exports grew in all Baltic states in Q1

Exports grew in all three Baltic states in the first quarter of 2018, the latest Eurostat figures show, cites LETA/BNS.
In Lithuania, exports rose 7% to EUR 6.6 billion in the first quarter year-on-year, the EU statistics service announced on Friday.
Latvia's rate increased 6% to EUR 3.1 billion, and was up 6% to EUR 3.3 billion in Estonia.
Imports inched up 8% to EUR 7.3 billion in Lithuania, and grew 5% to EUR 3.6 billion in Latvia and 2% to EUR 3.8 billion in Estonia.
Lithuania had the largest trade deficit among the Baltic states in the first quarter, which stood at EUR 0.7 billion. Latvia and Estonia each had a EUR was 0.5 billion trade gap.
