210,500 foreign tourists used the services of accommodation establishments, which is 7% fewer than in June 2014. More than half of the foreign tourists arrived from the neighbouring countries Finland, Russia and Latvia. In June, the number of tourists from Finland and Russia decreased by 5% and 31% respectively. The number of tourists from Finland decreased for the fifth consecutive month, the number of tourists from Russia decreased in all six months of 2015. The number of tourists from Latvia increased by 7%. Out of the main tourism partner countries of Estonia, there was an increase in the number of tourists arriving from the United Kingdom (3%), and a decrease in the number of tourists arriving from Germany (4%), Lithuania (3%) and Sweden (12%), compared to June of the previous year. The number of tourists arriving from Asian countries continues to increase.

35% of the clients of accommodation establishments were domestic tourists. In June 2015, 113,000 domestic tourists stayed in accommodation establishments, which was 2% more than in June of the previous year. 65% of the domestic tourists were on a holiday trip and 21% were on a business trip. 24% of the domestic tourists stayed in the accommodation establishments of Harju county, 12% in Pärnu county and 9% in Tartu county. Compared to June 2014, more domestic tourists stayed in the accommodation establishments of Harju and Tartu counties. The number of domestic tourists in the accommodation establishments of Pärnu county decreased 10%.

In June, 1,274 accommodation establishments offered services for tourists. 21,900 rooms and 51,800 beds were available for tourists. 47% of the rooms and 39% of the beds were occupied. The average cost of a guest night was 34 euros and remained at last year's level. The average cost of a guest night was higher than the Estonian average in Harju county where it cost 41 euros. The average cost of a guest night was 34 euros in Pärnu county and 30 euros in Tartu county.
