The contest was held for a second year in a row. The purpose of the contest is to honour spiritual heroes who inspire other with their works and ideas.

This year, five winners were announced: Jurgita Pociene (37), founder of the Association of Large Families, Viktoras Topolis (23), who was honoured for his work on integration of people with disabilities. The award was also given to Martynas Girulis (21), who ever since birth has suffered from arthrogryposis, was the first person in the world to get a bionic arm. He established a fund and actively collected donations for a very expensive surgery.

Accordion player Martynas Levickis and film director Vytautas Puidokas were also honoured during the ceremony.
