Onoff Estonia belonged 100% to Onoff Sverige AB, which in July this year submitted a bankruptcy application in Sweden that was satisfied. 30 stores were bought by the Expert store chain, the rest were closed.

Onoff Estonia was sold to Baltic Retail Group with all rights, including new store concept that will be implemented in Estonia. The new owners also bought the right to expand to other Baltic states.

Onoff opened its first store in Estonia in 2001 and has now 6 stores, 3 of them in Tallinn.
