As Minister of Economy Dainius Kreivys said at a press conference on Friday, the centre is of a great importance to Lithuania, as it will create hundreds of new jobs and bring additional taxes to the state budget, reports ELTA/LETA.
Starting from autumn this year, Barclays plans to employ at least 5 graduates of Vilnius University each year, and starting from February next year – 5 graduates of Kaunas University of Technology. Currently, 5% of the company's employees are foreigners.
