The IT Channel Company seeks 23% stake in 1ClickFactory
BC, Vilnius, 17.08.2017.Print version
The IT Channel Company, a Dutch IT group, is seeking to buy a 23% stake in the IT company 1ClickFactory from Volternas, a Lithuanian firm controlled by the Milaknis family, and the Danish investment firm Sfink Invest, cites LETA/BNS.
The Lithuanian Competition Council on Aug. 10 received The IT Channel Company's request to allow
the acquisition of 23% of shares in 1ClickFactory,
which will give it joint control of the company.
Volternas currently owns 65%
of shares in 1ClickFactory and Sfink Invest holds the remaining 35%.
The competition authority did not say from which company the 23% stake would be
purchased.
1ClickFactory's services are directly related to the qualitative upgrading, development
and localization of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV business management system.
Volternas was founded in
June 2015 by Valentinas Pranas Milaknis,
Zofija Milakniene, Justina Milaknyte and Tomas Milaknis.
