Sigfox operator Connected Baltics OÜ and Telia Estonia Ltd enter IoT partnership for Estonia

Connected Baltics OÜ the exclusive Sigfox operator of the world’s leading provider of connectivity for the Internet of Things (IoT), and Telia Estonia Ltd the market leader telecom operator in Estonia, announced today that they have entered the partnership to integrate Sigfox’s low-powered connectivity into the operator’s managed IoT solutions to complement Telia’s offering, Connected Baltic OU representative informed BC.

The agreement is set to help Telia’s business customer base to benefit from the cutting edge Sigfox nation-wide IoT connectivity in Estonia and global access to more than 32 countries to date, allowing the development of new service opportunities both for the domestic and international market.

 

Sigfox is designed to enable millions of smart devices to connect directly using Sigfox technology providing the most energy and cost efficient connectivity solution to the market. Using low data exchanges the battery life for connected devices can last years-to-decade, all this done in very ultra-low cost, seamless connectivity and advance cloud integration.
