Violations established in almost all Latvian e-commerce companies inspected by SRS

Print versionIn a period from January 2013 to April 2015, the State Revenue Service (SRS) in Latvia carried out 123 inspections at electronic commerce companies. SRS established various violations in 119 of these companies, as the Service informed LETA.

The most frequent violations were as follows: incorrect calculations and tax payments, incorrect calculation of labor time, lack of traceability of economic activities, violations in accountancy records.
The applicable fine for the said violations amounts to EUR 41,000.
