he Riigikogu in Estonia has passed an amendment to the Commissioning of Artworks Act to raise the price ceiling for commissioned works of art from 65,000 euros to 110,000 euros, reports LETA/BNS.

Estonia to establish insolvency service to make bankruptcy proceeding more effective
