Number of job vacancies dropped by 35.5% in Q1 in Latvia

Data of the Central Statistical Bureau (CSB) show that at the end of 1st quarter of 2020 there were 18.5 thousand job vacancies in Latvia, which is 10.2 thousand vacancies or 35.5% less than in the 1st quarter of 2019. In public sector there were 7.9 thousand and in private sector 10.6 thousand job vacancies.
