Ex-Soviet officers found guilty of war crimes in absentia in Jan 13 case in Lithuania

The Vilnius Regional Court on Wednesday found Dmitry Yazov, former Soviet defense minister, and more than 60 other former Soviet officers guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity for their involvement in Soviet aggression in Lithuania on January 13, 1991, informed LETA/BNS.

Data of the Central Statistical Bureau (CSB) show that, compared to January, in February 2019 the level of construction costs in Latvia rose by 0.4%. Maintenance and operational costs of machinery and equipment increased by 0.8 %, prices of building materials – by 0.5%, while labour remuneration of workers decreased by 0.1%.
