Cancer treatment, diagnostics of cardiovascular diseases to be available to Latvian patients not paying social tax

As of 2019, persons who do not pay social tax or make a voluntary payment for healthcare will still be entitled to free cancer treatment and diagnostics of cardiovascular diseases, as these services have been added to the basic list of healthcare services available also to those who do not pay the tax, informs LETA.
