At the end of July 2012, the Public Prosecutor’s Office closed the criminal case that attempted to identify persons who had organised cyber attacks against Estonian companies after the removal of the so-called bronze soldier monument, writes LETA/National Broadcasting, citing the weekly newspaper Eesti Ekspress.

Fair direct payments to all European Union farmers, and adequate cohesion financing for less developed regions are an issue of solidarity between bloc members, and these are Latvia's priorities in the European Union's next multi-annual budget, Saeima Speaker Solvita Aboltina (Unity) said in her address today at the annual conference of the parliament speakers of the Nordic and Baltic States (NB8).
