Vilnius mayor proposes to launch City Fund
25.07.2012Vilnius Mayor Arturas Zuokas proposes to establish a single mutual fund of the Government, the European Union's (EU) financial institutions and local municipalities. The recourses of such City Fund would be allocated for any necessary reconstruction, also to cover municipal debts or co-finance projects that are implemented with the EU financial support.
