GDP of Latvia grew by 6.9% in Q1
08.06.2012Compared to the 1st quarter of 2011, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the 1st quarter of 2012 has increased by 6.9%, according to seasonally non-adjusted data of the Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia.

Annual inflation in Lithuania stood at 2.5% in May
08.06.2012Statistics Lithuania informs that in May 2012, compared to April, prices for consumer goods and services increased by 0.1%. In May 2012, the annual inflation (May 2012, against May 2011) stood at 2.5%.
Annual inflation in Latvia decreased to 2.2% in May
08.06.2012Compared to April 2012, the average consumer price level in Latvia in May 2012 decreased by 0.2%. Prices of goods fell by 0.3%, but prices of services – rose by 0.1%. In comparison with May of the previous year, consumer prices increased by 2.2%, informs Central Statistical Bureau.
