Statistics Lithuania informs that in February 2012, compared to January, prices for consumer goods and services increased by 0.4%. In February 2012, the annual inflation (February 2012, against February 2011) stood at 3.7%.

Compared to January 2012 the average consumer price level in February 2012 rose by 0.1%. The average prices of goods rose by 0.2%, but of services – by 0.1%. Compared to February of previous year, consumer prices have increased by 3.4%.

According to Statistics Estonia, there were more than 6,300 job vacancies in the enterprises, institutions and organisations of Estonia in the 4th quarter of 2011 – this is 31% more than in the same period last year. The rate of job vacancies was 1.3%.
